Default Putting MINI PETS in the Trash

Hi everyone.

I have been debating something for a while now. It has to do with Supply and demand that is equal to the price of the MINI PETS.

My favorite Mini Pet is the Necro horse. I can buy them for 2K or less. I even bought on in Pre-Searing for 2K and I have seen some for as little as 5K in Pre-Searing.

So here is my thought. What if I bought 75 of them and then made a youtube video of me destroying all of the horses? Would that make the price go up?

I have enough gold to get about 1000 of them in post. would that put a dent in price?

No it would not make the price go up. There are way more then 1000 Necrid Horseman mini pets in Guild Wars. Sorry but I just don't see the actions of one person driving up the price.

Maybe for a 3rd year minipet, but definitely not for a 1st year.

There are too many of them out there, 1000 would hardly put a dent in their population. Since they are so common, nobody wants them, even if somebody destroyed 1000 of them, I still don't think people would buy them.

its very easy to get to your first bday (I have 20+ characters there already)...so the first year minis are still very common (and I have another bunch getting ready for a bday--first second and third soon)....2nd years are a little harder and since the game has only been around for 3 years* the third year minis are the smallest quantity (not including specials and promos)....and when 4th years come around it will make first and seconds more common etc....

trash them if you wish....there are plenty on the market already so the supply wont stop---the demand already has which is the reason for the drop in prices.

think of how many mini pigs were deleted during the canthan new year when they were traded for celestial pigs.

price of mini pigs were 20k during the event, and went right back down to 5k or less a week later...

if a limited mini doesnt rise from thousands being deleted, i dont think an unlimited mini can be affected

I always put my first year minipets in the trash. I feel sorry for a moment, and then remember that I can't even give them away so I move on.

Population decrease? Nope, as long as new players keep playing and joining they will always increase in population. I am thinking about keeping all my b-day presents and selling them they dont seem worth it to sell or keep.

me and my friend invented this amazing buying and selling method where u buy of players sell to merch scheme and it worked and we got filthy rich but yeh us to alone drived the price completly a wall. so then it stopped working. but i do't know if it would work with a necro horse or any other minipet

Update. There are now 73 less Necro Horses in Post. I am trying my best. It gets expensive

Oh there is also one less in PRESEARING
I killed that one too. Now that might be an area that is small enough to effect the population of mini's. Still the one in pre only cost me 2000 gold.

EDIT: Kokos sure I will take yours and destroy it too.

I am on most nights. Yashi Hiro Moto - Im Not Your Mother - Bob Thee Tomato - Yashi Girl - A S L A N or Yashi Moto Hiro are my toons. I am currently lvling Bob Thee Tomato

They will arise, and devour you now...
*hugz my mini-wallow herd*
If you have too many, why not give them out as prizes to those that want them?

Wow what a great idea - throwing something living in the trash!! I remember throwing ppl in the bin IRL but I never did something like that in a game. Shame we don't have an incinerator :P

You should set them all on the ground, then zone to your GH without picking them up.

Much faster
